New and special order books are typically discounted from the cover price, and we have a wide range of used books that are deeply discounted as well. Used paperbacks are discounted 50% from the cover price, and used hardbacks are priced as marked - typically 75% off the cover price! We also have a friendly relationship with local book clubs.

Trade Credit Is Not Redeemable For Cash
Limit - No More than One (1) File Box or One (1) Grocery Bag of Books Per Customer, Per Day

Used books coming in for trade credit Must be in Good Condition which means:

• CLEAN!
• Have front and back covers
• No Loose or Missing Pages
• No Stinkies
• Can NOT have been for a swim or had something spilled on them
• Can NOT have been used as a chew bone, scratching post, teething ring, etc.

We do not accept text books, encyclopedias, Readers Digest Condensed Books or outdated non-fiction books.

You will receive 25% of the original cover price of paperback books and half of what we can sell a hard cover or audio book for (very low).
Your Trade Credit is good toward the purchase of any other in-stock used books.

A good example of this would be a used paperback book that has a cover price of $8.00. Booklovers price is $4.00, and after taking $2.00 off in trade credit, you only pay $2.00 in cash.
